Kotsay: Blackburn grinding out results a good example for rookies

A’s manager Mark Kotsay’s praised Paul Blackburn’s ability to grind out a solid start Saturday in the 2-1 win over the Angels, despite not having his best stuff. He believes those outings provide a good example for the rookies to manage and measure their performances.
