The Warriors can apparently envision it.

The 2015-16 Western Conference champions have reportedly shown interest in the former Warriors forward as a coach.

According to ESPN, while the Warriors would like to see Jackson in a coaching role, the 14-year veteran has a desire to resume his playing career.

The 38-year-old Jackson hasn't played in an NBA game since January, 6, 2014 when he was a member of the Clippers.

For the moment, the Warriors' coaching staff appears set. Multiple sources told CSNBayArea.com that Mike Brown is finalizing a deal to become Steve Kerr's lead assistant, replacing Luke Walton, who became the Lakers head coach following the conclusion of the NBA Finals.

Ron Adams and Jarron Collins are Kerr's other assistants.

Kerr and Jackson were teammates in San Antonio in 2002-03, Kerr's final season as a player. They celebrated a title together, when the Spurs defeated the Nets in the NBA Finals that season.
