Steph Curry hits five 3-pointers in NBA-record seventh consecutive game

Steph Curry is off to a scorching hot start this season.

Entering Sunday's game against the Nets, the Warriors guard had made at least five 3-pointers in six consecutive games. That tied George McCloud's NBA record, which was set in 1995-96.

With his fifth 3-pointer late in the first half Sunday, Curry took the record away from McCloud.

Stephen Curry has a new NBA record, hitting at least five three-pointers for the seventh-straight game. The previous record of six-straight games with at least five threes was set by George McCloud during the 1995-96 season.
