Green simply will sit out and rest, which seems understandable given the 29-year-old played 39 minutes in the overtime loss against New York. The three-time All-Star did not make the trip to Utah.

For the Jazz, Mike Conley will miss his fifth straight game while he works his way back from a hamstring injury.
