49ers unable to overcome injuries, sloppy game in 19-17 loss to Browns

The 49ers suffered their first loss of the season after playing a sloppy, injury-filled game against the Browns. Cleveland won 19-17. Deebo Samuel and Christian McCaffrey were knocked out of the game while Trent Williams played through an ankle injury sustained in the first quarter.
