  • Deebo Samuel had the highlight of the game for the 49ers, catching a pass from quarterback Brock Purdy and taking it 76 yards to the house. Samuel finished with three receptions for 102 yards.
  • George Kittle turned 31 on Wednesday and then celebrated by turning in a big game to help seal the win. The All-Pro tight end caught five passes for 58 yards and two touchdowns.
  • Jordan Mason finished with 73 yards on nine carries, but left the game with a shoulder injury. Rookie Isaac Guerendo stepped up in Mason's absence, racking up 99 yards on 10 carries, with 76 yards coming on one run late in the fourth quarter to help seal the win.
  • In addition to Mason, the 49ers also lost rookie safety Malik Mustapha to an ankle injury. And at the end of the game, new kicker Matthew Wright made a tackle and appeared to hurt his shoulder. He was seen walking to the locker room with trainers before the end of the game.
