Shanahan reveals Sanu will be ‘out for a while' for 49ers

Kyle Shanahen confirmed Mohamed Sanu will be out long-term with a knee injury. Sanu was injured in the 49ers’ 31-17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. The 49ers are also not expecting a return from Jalen Hurd.
