The 15-time major champion and 10-time Grammy winner are collaborating on an upscale sports bar in the heart of Manhattan.

Tony Bennett, the eminent and timeless stylist whose devotion to classic American songs and knack for creating new standards such as “I Left My Heart In San Francisco” graced a decades-long career that brought him admirers from Frank Sinatra to Lady Gaga, died Friday at the age of 96.

Nine people are accused of stealing major artwork and sports memorabilia — including World Series rings and MVP plaques for baseball legends Yogi Berra and Roger Maris — in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York over the span of two decades.
